We're looking for a new team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking Housekeepers to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout our property.
- Clean and service guest apartments, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure they meet the property's cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Make beds, change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture and surfaces, mop floors, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Inspect apartments to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrival.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, lost property, or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department.
- Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and in accordance with the property's policies and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and cleaning equipment in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow property policies, procedures, and health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall presentation of all apartments and common areas.
- Support the housekeeping team with additional duties as required to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Pay: From $33.85 per hour
