The Role:As Educational Leader, you'll guide and mentor a warm, community-minded teaching team in a centre that's deeply connected to its local region. You'll play a key role in shaping curriculum quality and pedagogical practice, while helping to create a safe, inclusive, and play-rich environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging. Teaching is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, with a focus on relationships, exploration, and meaningful, child-led learning. Who We're Looking For

Level 7 or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (NZ qualifications recognised in Australia*)

Eligible for VIT registration

Prior experience in an Educational Leader or mentoring capacity preferred

Passionate about early learning and open to a new adventure

Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood pedagogy

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
