We are a family based dental clinic located in Belmont, Geelong. Looking for an experienced dental receptionist to join our small friendly team.
Proposed hours: Monday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Job responsibilities:
Receiving phone calls and booking appointments for patients
Processing and billing payments through HICAPS and EFTPOS
May involve some sterilizing duties and chairside assisting
Maintaining the surgery and clinic in a clean and hygienic state
Assisting in the daily running of the practice
Skills and experience:
Experience in Oasis software preferred
Effective and friendly communication skills
Past experience in reception / dental assisting is preferred
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per year
