Then you could be the perfect Child & Family Health Nurse to join the Northern team at Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD). We’re looking for a Child & Family Health Nurse who:
- Has recent experience as a Child & Family Health Nurse
- Has excellent skills in communicating and engaging with families, staff and other Health services and NGOs.
- Is collaborative, proactive, reliable and flexible.
- Supports the implementation of First 2000 Days.
Child & Family Health Service is a part of the Division of Kids & Families. You will be working within the Northern C&F Health team, who actively work towards maintain a healthy workplace culture. Ongoing support will be provided by the CFHN leadership team CNEs & CNCs, with orientation and case review. This support will assist you when working with families with complex health and social issues, which has the potential for exposure to trauma.
