We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our warehouse and workshop operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials while maintaining a safe and organised workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload vehicles safely.
- Organise inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where required).
- Assist the workshop team with material movement and general warehouse duties.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
About You
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to perform manual handling and physical work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Ability to safely load, unload, move, and store heavy materials using correct manual handling techniques.
- Experience picking and packing engineering parts or manufacturing components is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory and stock control procedures.
- Ability to accurately identify, label, and organise engineering materials and finished products.

Pay: $29.63 – $38.29 per hour
