Business Development Manager – Queensland (Rocklea, QLD)

Prime Blue Group Pty Ltd is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales growth across Queensland. Based in Rocklea, QLD, this role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts across the transport, mining, construction, agriculture, fuel station, fleet, and industrial sectors, while promoting Prime Blue's premium AdBlue® solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our Queensland operations, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Queensland.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Manage existing accounts while growing sales revenue.
- Develop strategic partnerships with transport fleets, fuel stations, mining companies and industrial customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Represent Prime Blue Group at customer meetings and industry events.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's continued growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience within transport, industrial, mining, manufacturing, fuel, chemicals or related industries is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
