Welcome Ready is a fast-growing, property management company specialising in premium
short-term stays across the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland. Built from the ground up, we’ve earned a
reputation for exceptional attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and care for both our guests and
property owners. Our expanding Sunshine Coast Hinterland portfolio includes some of the region’s
most beautiful homes and retreats, and we’re now seeking an exceptional Co-Host to help maintain
our high standards.
About the Role
As a Co-Host, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience and that
each property is maintained to the highest standard. This sub-contract position is ideal for someone
who takes pride in presentation, communicates well, and has a passion for hospitality, guest service
and is living in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures.
- Coordinate and communicate with cleaning teams.
- Manage restocking of amenities and household supplies.
- Liaise with guests as needed to resolve minor issues promptly and professionally.
- Report maintenance concerns or property damage through internal systems.
- Support the Welcome Ready team with ad-hoc hosting and operational tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and strong reliability.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Professional and confident in guest interactions.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, smartphone and ABN.
- Keen eye for detail and appreciation for well-presented spaces.
- Experience in short-term rentals, housekeeping, or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
