As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.
We’re now looking for casual Early Childhood Teachers — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:
- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring
- Accredited qualification in early childhood teaching (or actively studying toward it) and current registration with VIT
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
- Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
