Chef / Head Chef Wanted – Korean & Japanese Cuisine
We are looking for a full-time Chef / Head Chef to join our restaurant team.
Position: Chef / Head Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Working Days: 5 days per week
Requirements:
- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Minimum 5 years of cooking experience
- Experience in Korean and Japanese cuisine preferred
- Male and female applicants are welcome
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Main Duties:
- Prepare and cook Korean and Japanese dishes
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen preparation and daily operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
