Based in the Shoalhaven on the NSW South Coast, this role supports the Warehouse Distribution Manager to ensure all warehouse activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to schedule.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role is responsible for assisting the management of the MH60R warehouse and distribution team to ensure that all warehousing activities are executed to meet Defence logistics and aviation spares management requirements. This includes staff and training requirements.
About you:
To be successful it is essential you demonstrate the following skills & experience:

Ability to gain Department of Defence security clearance NV1 level.

Significant experience in Defence or similar logistics area, including supply chain and asset management.

Warehouse supervision including significant experience in warehouse operations aviation supply chain, materials management, goods receipt, storage/ handling, and distribution of equipment, dangerous goods.

Ability to troubleshoot logistical issues quickly and develop effective solutions to minimize delays.

Significant knowledge of safety, security, and regulatory compliance standards relevant to logistics operations.
Desirable skills & experience:

Qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Advanced Skills and Abilities in S4 Hanna or similar SAP experience
-
Experience leading, supervising and developing teams
