About the role
As our new Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of operations, leading the maintenance of both fixed and mobile plant equipment at the site. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly by coordinating electrical and mechanical servicing, as well as maintenance updates.
If you have strong experience managing teams, a trade qualification in electro-technology, mechanical fitting, diesel, or a related field, this role is for you!

Duties
- Participate in developing, recommending and instigating sustainable maintenance plans and programmes to ensure projects are completed in time with operational requirements
- Manage the maintenance of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, fixed and mobile plant and equipment
- Perform Root Cause Analysis Reports and initiate continuous improvement plans
- Ensure the accurate and timely upkeep of all maintenance records within the company systems
- Ensure that all export terminals are maintained in accordance with current Environmental Legislation and Acts
- Motivate, coordinate and train employees to facilitate safe, competent and initiative driven outcomes
About you
- Proven experience in managing teams with a trade qualification in electro-technology, mechanical fitting, diesel, or similar
- Previous experience in the grain or bulk handling industry (desirable)
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong people management skills, including performance reviews
- Valid driver’s license and good knowledge of technology to support role delivery
