About the role
Reporting to the Senior Planning Development Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Distribution team based in Kurnell Terminal.
This role provides integrated project support across planning and development activities, ensuring effective governance, financial oversight and administrative coordination. The role is responsible for maintaining project controls through schedule management, cost tracking, forecasting, procurement and contract administration, document management, reporting and communications support.
This is a great opportunity to work with one of our largest capital project and working across a range of technical disciplines.
Responsibilities
Monitor project costs, schedules and budgets, maintaining accurate financial records, forecasts and reports to support governance and leadership decision-making.
Manage project documentation and regulatory records, ensuring information is accurate, current and supports approvals, compliance and audit requirements.
Prepare project correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes and other documentation to support stakeholder communication and project governance.
Support work scheduling, departmental administration and other engineering projects as required, maintaining best-practice use of systems, processes and Microsoft Office applications.
Qualification & Experience
Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, project support or PMO role within property, infrastructure, construction or a similar project-based environment.
Strong financial and administrative skills, including project cost and schedule tracking, forecasting, reporting and commercial controls.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and support project communications, information management and schedule coordination.
