The Position
-
Full-time permanent position. Monday to Friday 8AM - 4PM.
- Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries
- Preparing consignment notes and other documentation
-
Preparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveries

Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors

Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries
- Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails
About you
- Previous experience in a Transport, Warehouse Administration, or clerical role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Confident liaising with a variety of people across various teams and functions – including customers, transport/shipping companies and truck drivers.

Ability to prioritise, follow-up, and manage your time effectively

Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Flexible to handle a changing workload and can think on your feet
