Job Overview:
As a Front of House Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited too;
- Supervising the Food & Beverage team to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with restaurant operations
- Continually motivate, creating an enjoyable, engaging and progressive work environment
- Supporting the team on the floor by welcoming guests, taking orders and ensuring each guest is satisfied
- Cash-ups/reconciliations at the end of shift
About YOU:
- A minimum of 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a similar role
- Available to work 25-30 hours per week
- A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
- Demonstrate a leadership approach and goal driven
- Customer focused and passion to create an exceptional customer dining experience
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
