About the Role:
You’ll manage a varied Workers Compensation practice while working closely with a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This role is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys building strong client relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent outcomes, and is looking to establish themselves within a firm for the long term.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years PAE in Personal Injury, including Workers Compensation matters
- Strong understanding of the Victorian workers compensation scheme
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
- The ability to autonomously manage files with confidence
- A compassionate and client-focused approach
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- A genuine desire to grow and build a long-term career with the firm
