About you:
In your new role you will......
Work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, nursing staff, dietitians, speech pathologists and food services to meet individual patient's dietary needs using required technology.
Apply basic nutrition principles to guide menu choices and optimise patient care.
Collate meal orders for general and therapeutic diets in order in inform food production schedules and communicate with chefs regarding the requirement for specialised food items.
Manage nutrition support stock, including unpacking, labelling and delivery to wards and patients.
