· Supervision of small Warehouse Team of 5/6 employees
· Manage safe warehouse unloading/loading to trucks/trailers – ensure safety and accuracy
· Pre-planning container unloads
· Containers are unpacked in correct order
· Container to not go in detention
· Load outs are correct and paperwork matches and is signed/counter signed accordingly
· Ensure all scanning in and out of all products
· Damage monitoring
· Ensure staff are taking clear pictures during unpack and loadouts
· Performance managing staff and ensuring the team are fully productive
· Strong people management experience, including coaching, training and developing capabilities
· Training and development around correct steel handling procedures including: Load Restraint training, Unloading/Loading, handling freight, minimising damage to products, safety training etc
· Toolbox staff as required
· Ensure costs are kept at a minimum where possible with labour costs, equipment costs, no damage etc
· General warehouse cleaning
· Ensure customer requirements are met
· Quality Control of customers goods

Pay: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour
