Karrinyup, you’re getting The Memo! This August, we are opening our seventh retail store, and first in Perth, and we are looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our community!

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of our upcoming Karrinyup team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves retail, enjoys developing people and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About The Role:
Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing the team, driving store performance and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, coach and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Help drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Lead by example, creating a positive and engaging store culture
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising and compliance
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns with care
- Step into leadership responsibilities when required and support the Store Manager in achieving business goals
You'll be a true brand ambassador, bringing The Memo DNA to life every day through energy, warmth, initiative and a genuine desire to help.
About You:
You’re an experienced Assistant Store Manager who pairs genuine care with strong customer instinct.
You:
- Have proven experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar retail leadership role
- Lead by example and bring positive energy to your team every day
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Enjoy supporting, coaching and motivating team members to succeed
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt easily to changing priorities
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Take initiative and are confident making decisions when required
