We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Swim School Manager to take the helm of our established mobile swim school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to build real-world experience managing a business from the ground up, with genuine room to grow into the role.
About the Role
Operating from a home office base in Middle Cove, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of our mobile swim school - coordinating bookings, scheduling lessons across multiple locations, liaising with instructors and families, and helping the business run smoothly through the busy summer season.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing bookings, scheduling, and customer enquiries
- Coordinating swim instructors and lesson logistics across locations
- Building relationships with families and ensuring a great customer experience
- Supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of the business
- Handling administrative tasks including invoicing and record-keeping
- Working closely with the business owner and other administrative staff to ensure the business runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate in Business, Sports Management, or a related field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- A background in swim teaching is highly regarded but not essential
- Comfortable working independently from a home-office setting
- Available 30-40 hours per week through the summer season

- Drivers Licence
Desirable Criteria
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Sports Management / Business Degree
- First Aid Certificate
- Sports Marketing / PR / Communications Degree
- Human Movement / Coaching / Exercise / Sports Science Degree
- Qualified Swim Teacher
- Current Provide/Perform CPR
