As the Executive Assistant to the Director of Information and Learning Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective leadership and operation of the Academic Resources Centre.
This is an opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to contribute to strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence and support the delivery of exceptional technology and learning services across the School.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Coordinate departmental operations, governance activities, projects and stakeholder communications to support strategic and operational priorities.
- Manage financial and administrative processes, including procurement, budget monitoring, asset management, auditing, reporting and compliance activities.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in executive or senior administrative support, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, coupled with sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement and service delivery.
