Experienced Bond Cleaner / Crew Leader – North Brisbane
$34–$40 per hour | Casual | 20–38 hours per week | Monday–Friday
North Brisbane Cleaning Company is expanding and we're looking for experienced, reliable cleaners to join our growing bond and end-of-lease cleaning team.
We have an increasing workload across North Brisbane and are building additional cleaning crews. We're looking for people who want consistent ongoing work, take pride in producing a high-quality result, and can work efficiently as part of a professional team.
For the right applicants, there will be opportunities to progress into Crew Leader positions as we continue to expand.
The Role
You'll work as part of a small cleaning crew completing bond and end-of-lease cleans at residential properties throughout North Brisbane.
Your work will include:
- Detailed bond and end-of-lease cleaning
- Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Ovens, rangehoods and internal cabinetry
- Window tracks, frames and detailed surfaces
- Skirting boards, doors and door frames
- Following property-specific cleaning checklists
- Identifying and rectifying quality issues before completion
- Working efficiently to complete properties within scheduled timeframes
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Bond/end-of-lease cleaning experience highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Good communication and ability to work within a team
- Current driver's licence required
- Reliable personal transport required
- Ability to travel between job sites throughout North Brisbane
- Regular Monday–Friday availability

Crew Leader Opportunities
We're particularly interested in experienced bond cleaners who have the ability to eventually take responsibility for their own cleaning crew.
Crew Leaders will be expected to maintain quality standards, coordinate with other cleaners on-site, work from job-specific requirements and ensure properties are completed to the required standard before the team leaves.
You don't need previous management experience to be considered. Strong bond-cleaning experience, reliability, efficiency and attention to detail are what we're looking for.
