About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Officer, Building and Facilities Management. This role provides operational and administrative support to the Facilities and Technical Services team, including managing work requests, maintaining asset data, coordinating maintenance schedules and compliance, and delivering general operational and stakeholder support to meet operational goals.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating corrective and preventative maintenance for building infrastructure and dental equipment.

Managing incoming work requests, emails, and calls through the asset management system.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve building compliance and KPIs.

Processing purchase orders, invoices, and stock management tasks.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Skilled in building relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting organisational goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.SD

Proven experience in similar roles, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
