Our service is seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as a Trainee . This is a full-time and a part time position, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your career in early childhood education whilst gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and nurturing environment. This role will provide you with valuable experience and professional development in a dynamic setting focused on delivering high-quality care and education to young children.
What we're looking for
- A trainee with minimal prior qualification or experience but a genuine desire to work in early childhood care
- Currently completed your HSC and looking to gain your certificate 3 in early education.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and commitment to supporting their development and wellbeing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Pay: $25.54 – $42.63 per hour
