Family Allied Services is seeking a passionate and reliable Occupational Therapist to join our growing allied health clinic in Fairfield Heights, NSW.
We are located at Fairfield Heights NSW 2165, in a convenient location close to local shops, schools, cafés, medical services and surrounding suburbs such as Smithfield, Prairiewood, Canley Vale and Bossley Park.
This is a full-time permanent position offering $120,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful applicant will work with children, adults, families and NDIS participants, providing high-quality occupational therapy assessments, intervention planning, therapy sessions and progress reporting.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Family Allied Services, you will support clients across centre-based, school and community settings, assisting with functional skills, developmental needs, daily living skills, sensory processing, fine motor skills, emotional regulation, school readiness and participation in everyday activities.
You will work closely with families, carers and other professionals to help clients build independence, confidence and practical life skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments
- Develop individualised therapy goals and treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions
- Support adults and children with fine motor, gross motor, sensory, self-care and daily living skills
- Work with adults, children, families, carers and NDIS participants
- Complete progress notes, reports and NDIS documentation
- Provide practical strategies for families to use at home, school and in the community
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals where required
- Maintain professional and ethical clinical standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience working with adults, children, families or NDIS participants preferred
- Flexibility to do school and community visits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
