Due to continued patient demand, Woodford Doctors is seeking a VR General Practitioner to join the team on a full-time or part-time basis.
Located in the heart of Woodford, Woodford Doctors provides quality, patient-centred healthcare to individuals and families across Woodford and the surrounding communities. The practice is fully accredited and supported by experienced GPs, nurses and administration staff, creating a collaborative environment where doctors can focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
With an established local patient base and ongoing demand, you’ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families while developing your own clinical interests within a broad General Practice environment.
Woodford Doctors provides a comprehensive range of General Practice services, including family medicine, children’s health, men’s and women’s health, antenatal care, chronic disease management, mental health, skin cancer checks and treatment, minor procedures, preventive healthcare and aged care.
You’ll work alongside experienced GPs and nursing staff, with practice management and administration support allowing you to focus on patient care. The clinic also has access to dietitian services, supporting a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Woodford Doctors is a private billing practice, with children under 13 years of age bulk billed. Bulk billing for other patients is at the discretion of the treating GP, providing an opportunity for an incoming GP to discuss an approach to billing and patient access that aligns with their clinical and professional preferences.
The practice operates Monday to Friday, with no weekend or public holiday commitments, supporting greater work-life flexibility and allowing you to structure your working week around your professional and personal priorities.
