Second In charge the warehouse operations Monday to Friday Friday and in charge in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to achieve the below outcomes:
Ensure the safe delivery of services related to receipt, holding and despatch of SA Water client materials securely and accurately that meets the operational demands of the business at lowest possible cost. Service output should be aligned with stakeholders requirements for high levels of material accuracy so that superior standards of commercial and service outcomes are achieved with appropriate ethical standards,.

Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to achieve the below outcomes:
Ensure the safe delivery of services related to receipt, holding and despatch of SA Water client materials securely and accurately that meets the operational demands of the business at lowest possible cost. Service output should be aligned with stakeholders requirements for high levels of material accuracy so that superior standards of commercial and service outcomes are achieved with appropriate ethical standards.
Ensure all materials despatched from the warehouse are picked, checked and processed in the MRP systems.
Ensure all deliveries are checked, put away in nominated warehouse locations and process delivery into MRP system in a timely manner.
Ensure site is secure at all times and only designated staff enter warehouse.
Cyclic counts to be completed weekly to meet business requirements.
Manage Annual & Bi Annual stocktakes as required by business.
Order stock from nominated suppliers and assist Purchasing Team with ordering stock as required.
Other duties as required.
