About the Role
This is a dual role combining Relief Team Leader shifts with Food & Beverage Attendant duties across the week.
You will step into a leadership role when required (a few shifts per week), supporting venue operations and leading the team, while also working hands-on delivering service as part of the F&B team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead shifts as Relief Team Leader, supporting daily operations
- Supervise and guide team members to deliver excellent service
- Provide hands-on food and beverage service to customers
- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and service standards
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Complete shift reporting and follow operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG and WHS requirements
About You
- Hospitality experience in food & beverage or clubs (essential)
- Previous leadership experience or readiness to step up
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current RSA & RCG competency card (essential)
- Flexible availability across days, nights and weekends
- Professional presentation and a “can-do” mindset
