We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help manage and oversee an engaged and professional kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Jnr Sous or Sous Chef
- Rostering and ordering experience
- Understanding of financial budgets, food and labour costs
- Calm and composed demeanour
- Full availability, able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
