Full-Time Practice Manager – Burpengary Vet
Burpengary Vet is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Practice Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who enjoys supporting people, improving processes, and creating an exceptional experience for clients, patients, and the team.
About the role:

Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the practice

Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to our veterinary nursing and reception teams

Ensure exceptional patient care and client experiences

Manage workflow, team coordination, rostering, and practice processes

Assist with stock management, compliance, and administrative responsibilities

Help foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace culture
About you:

Previous experience in veterinary, healthcare, or a similar environment preferred

A veterinary nursing background is highly regarded, but not essential.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

A genuine passion for animal care and supporting a dedicated team

Veterinary nursing experience is advantageous but not essential
