We are a B2B training events company. We have offices in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.
We are seeking someone from Brisbane who can assist to coordinate the events for us independently and reporting to us via video calls at the event site since our team is based in Singapore. All guidance will be provided via phone and ms teams video calls.
You will also need to be someone who can assist for our event within short notice in any case one of our staff has to go on sudden urgent medical/sick leave.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests at the event
- Attend registration desk at the event
- Give a welcome speech to the event guests by reading out a short welcome introduction script
- Introduce event speakers
- Liaise with hotel banquet staff
Candidates should be able to report work within short period from anywhere between 2 days to 2 hours notice via phone call/email. Events are mainly held in the city so staying near the city would be a great plus.
Candidates should possess:
- Outgoing personality and great customer service skills
- Well spoken english
