We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and enthusiastic Bottle Shop and Retail Attendants interested in joining our team across North Stradbroke Island.
Opportunities may be available across our Cellarbrations retail locations in Dunwich and Point Lookout, as well as within The Straddie Hotel.
We’re looking for people who are comfortable working independently, enjoy a steady-paced customer service environment and can be relied upon to turn up, get stuck in and contribute to the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations and purchases
- Receive stock, replenish shelves and maintain accurate pricing and ticketing
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented retail environment
- Follow all legal requirements relating to the sale and service of alcohol, including checking identification and refusing service where required
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Work independently and collaboratively across a small island-based team
- Assist across different locations and operational areas where required
About You
- Current Queensland RSA required
- Previous bottle shop, retail, bar or hospitality experience is highly regarded
- Reliable, enthusiastic and comfortable working independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability, particularly across weekends, evenings, public holidays and peak holiday periods
- Available for casual work, with hours varying depending on operational requirements and availability
- Local North Stradbroke Island residents are strongly encouraged to apply

Pay: From $33.85 per hour
