About the role
Are you passionate about empowering healthcare professionals to create safer communities? As an IPARVAN Educator, you will lead the coordination, design, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based education programs that build workforce capability in identifying, responding to and preventing violence, abuse and neglect (VAN) across regional and rural healthcare settings.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will deliver engaging, trauma-informed and culturally responsive learning experiences that equip staff with the knowledge, skills and confidence to support vulnerable individuals and families. You will also coordinate a Communities of Practice, coordinate and lead training and prevention initiatives, and contribute to projects that align with strategic priorities and legislative requirements.
This role is ideal for an experienced educator who enjoys collaboration, stakeholder engagement and project leadership.
