About the Role
Join our Heart & Lung Program and support patients with complex respiratory needs. Work alongside skilled nurses, build strong care plans, maintain safe practice, and help deliver person-centred care every day.
Key Duties
Support nurses in delivering patient care
Monitor and report patient progress
Assist with treatments and procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Build strong connections with patients and team
About You
You’re an enrolled nurse ready to provide safe, person-centred care and work closely with a supportive team. You bring practical skills, clinical awareness, and a focus on improving patient outcomes.

Hold or eligible for nursing registration and practising certificate
Deliver safe, person-centred care with confidence
Recognise and report changes in patient condition
Communicate clearly with patients and team members
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
