Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking a motivated EN to join our busy Mental Health Clinic on a casual basis.
About the Role
You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilising comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting. The ward supports patients experiencing eating disorders, detoxification needs, and general mood disorders.
In this role you will:

Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse across Mental Health and affiliated programs

Assist with clinical procedures and patient monitoring in line with your scope of practice, including IV medication administration (essential).

Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred team environment.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Ramsay policies and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards
About You
You are a reliable, team-focused Enrolled Nurse with strong communication and organisational skills. You will also demonstrate:

Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse [IV Qualified required] (essential).

Minimum 1-2 years’ recent experience working in an acute care environment

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Strong time management skills and a commitment to patient safety
-
Patient centred and trauma informed approach to delivery of care.
