Permanent full-time leadership role
Are you an experienced data and analytics leader ready to build an enterprise capability that transforms decision-making and improves the lives of vulnerable Australians?
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created leadership role presents a rare opportunity to establish and lead an organisation-wide Data, Analytics and AI function from the ground up. You will develop the strategy, operating model, governance and platforms that enable trusted, timely insights across care, operations, finance and enterprise performance.

More than a technology role, this is a business leadership opportunity where your work will directly improve care quality, resident and client outcomes, operational performance and strategic decision-making.
In your first 12 months, you will establish the organisation's enterprise Data, Analytics and AI capability by delivering:
An enterprise Data, Analytics and AI Strategy and Roadmap
A centralised Data & Analytics operating model
Enterprise governance, standards and data stewardship
A scalable data warehouse and analytics platform
A centralised reporting intake, prioritisation and delivery model
A high-performing, engaged Data & Analytics team
In the following 12 months, your focus will shift to maximising business value by:
Improving care quality and resident/client outcomes through data-driven insights
Delivering enterprise dashboards across care, finance, operations and compliance
Rationalising legacy reporting and Business Intelligence platforms
Building organisation-wide data literacy and adoption
Leading the organisation's AI strategy and responsible AI implementation
Measuring and communicating the value realised from analytics investments
About You
You are an accomplished enterprise data & analytics leader who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. You know how to influence executives, build capability and create lasting organisational change.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated success developing and implementing enterprise data and analytics strategies.
Experience establishing centralised analytics operating models and governance frameworks.
Expertise in enterprise reporting, Business Intelligence, data warehousing and modern analytics platforms.
Experience delivering enterprise-wide data governance, quality and privacy frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Boards, Executive teams and operational leaders.
Experience leading organisational change and increasing data literacy across complex organisations.
Knowledge of AI strategy, governance and responsible AI implementation.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Experience within healthcare, human services, aged care or another highly regulated industry will be essential to the success in this role.
