We are looking for a reliable and friendly Store Team Member to join our 7-Eleven team at our Melbourne store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, can work independently, and is comfortable working during night shifts.
As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for providing great customer service, keeping the store clean and organised, handling transactions, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Operate the cash register and handle EFTPOS/cash payments accurately
- Restock shelves, drinks, food items, and promotional displays
- Maintain store cleanliness, including counters, floors, coffee machines, food areas, and restrooms
- Prepare and maintain hot food, coffee, and other ready-to-go products
- Check product expiry dates and follow food safety standards
- Assist with fuel customers where required
- Receive and organise stock deliveries
- Follow store safety, security, and company procedures
- Work independently during quiet hours, especially on night shifts
Shift Requirements
We are especially looking for someone who is available for:
- Night shifts
- Flexible shifts based on store requirements
Night shift experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
