About the role
Aromi is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Full-time Restaurant Manager to join the team.
We are looking for someone who is charismatic with excellent leadership skills. You love being hands on, knowledgeable about the food and wine industry and must have knowledge with regards to compliance with health regulations. You will be able to deliver outstanding staff training and memorable experiences to our guests. Our team will be learning from you and you will teach them how to improve team work, communication skills and mutual respect. Additionally, organizational skills are crucial for a management position, and you are expected to organize and supervise shifts. Qualities like being a planner, multi task, problem solver, tidy and clean, strong work ethic, positive and friendly attitude are required.
Skills and Experience
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Knowledge of Italian food and wine
- Knowledge of health regulations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem solving skills - solve problems to get the best outcome
- Attention to details
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $63,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year

- Brighton VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Waiter/ waitress: 2 years (Preferred)
