About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving DB Dental Claremont practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Previous Dental 4 Windows (D4W) experience
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You are:
- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with high attention to detail
- Extremely organised, possessing strong time-management and administration skills
- Confident at following guidelines and direction, multi-tasking, and working within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
