Our PwC Private Business Tax team is looking for a Director to join our vast community of solvers. The Business Tax team brings our purpose to life by working with clients throughout their entire business lifecycle, from supporting growing privately-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups, to estate and succession planning, to wealth preservation, and everything in between. We provide holistic solutions that ensure our clients can grow and protect their businesses and wealth with confidence.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Leading tax compliance, tax planning and tax advisory services for large client groups with multiple types of entities including trusts, companies, partnership and individuals;
Advising clients on tax-efficient strategies to optimise their tax positions, including succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganisation.
Experience working with clients across a wide range of industries (financial services, tech, manufacturing, consumer, retail) through all stages of their business life cycle including; growth and succession/exit, developing solutions for the complex problems that arise in each stage.
Expertise in delivering complex corporate tax compliance and consulting advice, domestic tax issues including consolidation, restructuring advice, involvement in M&A transactions and ATO engagements.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify client needs, manage tax risks and deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
