$63,521.09 - $72,211.73 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Fleet Support Officer to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for PCYC Queensland’s fleet portfolio. This position offers the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability). If you have experience in fleet administration or coordination, we would love to hear from you.

Your New Role
This role works closely with the Fleet and Procurement Manager to help ensure our vehicles remain safe, compliant, and efficiently utilised across the organisation. The position involves coordinating maintenance schedules, registrations, and fleet records while supporting drivers and operations with vehicle availability and issue resolution.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, experience with fleet is desired but not required.
- Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of administration work with excellent attention to detail.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build sustained relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
