The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the sales process, from research and outbound engagement to inbound lead management and proposal development. The responsibilities will include coordinating sales calls, support drafting RFPs, drafting outreach messaging and ensuring regular follow-up with prospects. They will be tasked with consistently tracking activities in our system of record and reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to management.
Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales for next steps, and nurturing relationships will be crucial for success. Additionally, the role will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the solutions, services, and ideal clients offered by our firm, along with their unique value propositions, and create scripts and talk tracks to match.
The ideal candidate is located in Australia. Candidates based in other regions will not be considered at this time.

Assist in all aspects of the sales process (research, outbound engagement, inbound lead management, coordinating sales calls, developing and maintaining proposals, responding to RFPs, and regular follow up)
- Consistently track activities in our system of record
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Work with management to build formalized sales playbooks for product and service offerings; establish and refine sales processes alongside management.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Sales for next steps
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of solutions and services offered by our firm, along with the unique value of each practice
- Successfully execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects through a variety of warm and cold outreach
- Attend conferences to represent multiple products and service
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between the marketing and sales teams.
- Seek feedback and actively participate in training and development opportunities to refine skills and improve overall performance.

Education & Professional Background
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent level of education and experience required
- 2+ years of prior sales experience
This role offers a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. The anticipated base salary ranges for this position are outlined below and are subject to change:
This role is commission-eligible, with a total anticipated OTE and Super of $96,000 - $108,000.
