Someone To Care Pty Ltd is looking for reliable, experienced and compassionate Domestic Cleaners to join our growing team and provide domestic cleaning support to our NDIS and Aged Care clients.
We are looking for cleaners who live locally in or around the areas listed below and can travel reliably to clients' homes.
Areas We Are Currently Hiring
We are specifically looking for cleaners in:
- Strathfield
- Maroubra
- Botany
- Chifley
- Eastgardens
- Eastlakes
- Randwick
- Matraville
- Pagewood
- Mascot
- Coogee
- And surrounding Eastern NSW Suburbs areas
Please do not apply if you do not live in or near these areas. Our cleaning shifts are generally short, so applicants must be located close enough to the service areas to travel efficiently and reliably.
About the Role
You will provide domestic cleaning assistance to NDIS and Aged Care clients in their homes.
Typical duties may include:
- General household cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Laundry and other light household tasks
- Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable home environment
- Following each client's individual preferences and support requirements
Cleaning shifts are generally 2 hours per client.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have your own reliable car – mandatory
- Live locally in or around the advertised service areas
- Have previous domestic cleaning experience
- Be reliable, punctual and responsible
- Have good communication skills
- Be comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Have a caring, respectful and professional approach when supporting NDIS and Aged Care clients
- Be willing to complete required compliance and onboarding checks
Important: Cleaners will use the client's own cleaning products and equipment. You are not required to provide your own cleaning products.
