AHS Group is a well-established, family-owned business and the NSW dealer for Kubota and Case Construction Equipment. We supply premium machinery to the construction and agricultural sectors through a strong dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist for our Head Office in Ingleburn.
This role requires someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and internally within our team.
To succeed in this position you will be responsible for:
Being a warm and positive first point of contact
Answer and direct phone calls and emails relating to customers and staff enquiries for all departments
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Assist with coordination of off site events - coordinating logistics and preparing materials for agricultural shows and exhibitions, etc
Assist department heads with administration requests - ordering of stock, database information, etc
Assist with general administration duties as needed
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone manner
Experience in a dealership, machinery or equipment branch is highly advantageous but not essential.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
