We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the Burnie Brae team on a parental leave contract for approximately 18 months. As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of marketing, communications, and engagement activities across Burnie Brae, helping to promote our services, strengthen our brand, and connect with our community.
This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive and self-motivated professional who can work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of multiple projects from concept through to delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and communications across digital and print channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Manage and maintain content across digital platforms, including coordinating website updates and supporting online advertising activities.
- Assist with the planning and promotion of events, community initiatives, and organisational campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing objectives.
- Conduct research into industry trends, audience insights, and marketing opportunities.
- Ensure all communications and marketing activities align with Burnie Brae's brand and values.
What We’re Looking For
You are a creative and organised marketing professional with a passion for engaging audiences and delivering high-quality communications. You enjoy working collaboratively, managing multiple priorities, and bringing ideas to life across digital and traditional channels.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or related role.
- Demonstrated experience creating digital content, including social media, photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using social media, email marketing, website content management, and design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
