Restaurant Supervisor / Duty Manager – Hawthorn
Rococo Hawthorn is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our management team.
We are seeking someone who genuinely loves hospitality, brings energy to every shift and is passionate about delivering excellent service and achieving great results.

About the Role
As a Supervisor/Duty Manager, you will lead shifts and support the day-to-day operation of our Hawthorn venue. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being present on the floor, leading by example and helping their team deliver consistently high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading shifts and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly
- Supporting and motivating the front-of-house team
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Ensuring company systems and procedures are followed
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Responding professionally to guest feedback
- Working closely with the venue management team
- Helping create a positive and productive team environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous restaurant supervisory or shift-management experience
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- A professional, hands-on approach
- Initiative, drive and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- A willingness to learn and develop within the company
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- A current Victorian RSA

Salary and remuneration are negotiable based on experience.
