GreenGrass Lawns and Landscapes is growing, and we are looking for reliable team members to join our landscaping and one-off jobs team.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys varied outdoor work, is physically fit, takes pride in a job well done, and likes seeing a clear transformation at the end of the day.
Our landscaping and one-off jobs team handles a mix of garden clean-ups, planting, turfing, mulching, rejuvenation works, landscape improvements and other project-style jobs across Toowoomba and surrounding areas.

About the work
Depending on your experience, your work may include:
- Garden clean-ups and one-off improvement works
- Mulching, planting and soil preparation
- Turfing and lawn rejuvenation
- Soft landscaping and general landscape improvements
- Hedging, pruning, weeding and plant care
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Communicating job updates through our systems
This is a hands-on, physical role. You will need to be comfortable working outdoors, using tools and equipment, and contributing as part of a team.
Who we are looking for
The right attitude matters as much as experience. You will be a good fit if you are reliable, physically fit, safety-conscious, proud of your work, and able to work well as part of a team.
Previous experience in landscaping, garden maintenance, labouring, construction, turfing, horticulture, parks and gardens, or similar outdoor work is highly regarded. We are also open to reliable applicants with transferable skills and a strong work ethic.
Essential requirements
- Current Class C driver's licence
- Manual licence preferred and required for some roles
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
- Physical fitness for outdoor manual work
- Current work authorisation in Australia
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Depending on the role, you may also need to hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card, First Aid qualification, herbicide application accreditation or chainsaw accreditation.
