About the Role:
Blooms The Chemist is seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Parap, Northern Territory. This is an opportunity for someone with ownership aspirations to make a real impact on the pharmacy and the local community. You’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care, working closely with patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and provide professional counselling to patients
Offer expert advice on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions
Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication dispensing
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, and pharmacy procedures Drive improvements in pharmacy services, operations, and the customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering evidence-based care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A patient-first mindset and dedication to ongoing professional development
Ambition to take ownership, influence decision-making, and grow with the business
