About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Brisbane Office in Salisbury, QLD, for a Business Development / Account Manager. This position is ideal for someone with experience or has worked in this role in their career, who is eager to apply their skills in sales, business development, and account management. In this role, you will support senior team members with managing client relationships, assisting with proposals, and helping to deliver tailored solutions to customers. Daily tasks will include assisting with account planning, preparing quotes, supporting sales activities, identifying potential new opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of service. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ongoing engagement with clients to support satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. Full training and development will be provided to help you progress into managing your own accounts over time.
