In this role, you'll:
Be reporting to the Campaigns Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile behaviour change and awareness campaigns that support multimillion-dollar, statewide programs.
You'll work across the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and media planning through to creative development, production, implementation and evaluation. This includes managing external agencies, developing campaign briefs, overseeing budgets, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and achieve measurable outcomes.
A key part of the role is reviewing, interpreting and challenging media plans to ensure investment is aligned to target audiences, campaign objectives and performance expectations. You'll be responsible for driving audience-led campaign strategies and identifying the most effective channels to maximise reach and impact.
You will also oversee the production of campaign assets across a variety of channels, including television, outdoor advertising, digital, radio and social media. Working closely with creative and media agencies, you'll ensure high-quality creative execution that resonates with audiences and supports campaign objectives.

About you
You're an experienced campaign or marketing professional with a strong understanding of media strategy, audience targeting and campaign production. You enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery and thrive in complex stakeholder environments.
You will bring:
A degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent experience.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing and behaviour change campaigns.
Strong experience developing and assessing media plans and media strategies, including audience segmentation, channel selection and budget optimisation.
Demonstrated experience managing creative, production and media agencies to develop campaign assets and deliver impactful outcomes.
Experience overseeing production across multiple channels, including television advertising, outdoor advertising, digital and social media.
Strong understanding of creative development processes, from briefing and concept development through to production and delivery.
Ability to use insights, research and data to identify target audiences, shape campaign strategies and evaluate performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across complex environments and competing priorities.
Experience working within government or other large, complex organisations is highly regarded.
Experience delivering road safety, transport, heavy vehicle or regulatory campaigns will be highly regarded.
