Position: Casual Receptionist / Membership Consultant
Location: World Gym Bundaberg
World Gym Bundaberg is on the lookout for an energetic, customer-focused Receptionist to join our team!
Do you have a passion for fitness and love creating positive first impressions? Are you ready to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment?
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our club, greeting members, supporting their fitness journey, and ensuring every visit is a great experience. You’ll also help drive sales of merchandise, supplements, and Barbell Café products, while keeping our front desk running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with and report directly to the Club Manager. What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or reception role
- Experience or confidence in sales is highly regarded
- Barista experience or a willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
- Weekend & night shift availability is essential
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
